Clinical Data Team Lead

Piper Companies is hiring a Senior Clinical Data Team Lead to work remotely with a globally respected clinical research organization and pharmaceutical firm dedicated to transforming healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities of the Senior Clinical Data Team Lead:

· Oversee clinical data management (CDM) tasks and provide training to project team members

· Serve as the liaison for CDM updates between project managers and clients

· Draft, update, and audit documentation to ensure alignment with CDM standards and project goals

· Assist project managers with progress tracking and resource planning

Qualifications of the Senior Clinical Data Team Lead:

· Minimum of 7 years in clinical data management

· At least 5 years in a leadership role within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting

· Demonstrated experience mentoring and guiding study teams

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Compensation for the Clinical Data Team Lead:

· Salary Range: $130,000–$150,000 depending on qualifications
