Business Process Lead

Piper Companies is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Business Process Lead to support a global SAP transformation initiative. This fully remote role will serve as a key functional consultant between the Source to Pay (S2P) business team and the system integrator. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP S/4HANA procurement expertise and a strong background in data migration, testing, and functional design.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Process Lead:

• Act as the primary liaison between S2P business stakeholders and IBM system integrators
• Lead testing, design, and oversight of data transference and migration activities
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Review and approve functional specifications, configurations, and interface designs
• Analyze system defects and guide resolution strategies
• Support end users through testing, cutover, and hypercare phases
• Ensure adoption of the global S/4HANA template across U.S. markets and factories

Qualifications of the Business Process Lead:

• Strong experience with SAP and S/4HANA Procurement modules
• Solid Source to Pay (S2P) process knowledge
• Proven experience in testing, data migration, and functional design
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and system integrators
• Experience in the CPG or Tobacco industry is a plus
• Previous experience on large-scale ERP transformation programs

Compensation and Benefits:

• Rate: $83–$88/hr
• Full medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and sick leave as required by law
• Location: Remote (U.S. based)
