QC Specialist – Analytical

Piper Companies is seeking a QC Specialist – Analytical to support a cutting-edge cell therapy organization located in Branchburg, NJ. The QC Specialist will perform analytical testing in a cGMP laboratory environment to support manufacturing operations, product quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities for the QC Specialist – Analytical:

• Perform analytical testing including cell-based assays, flow cytometry, and PCR in a cGMP laboratory environment
• Utilize aseptic technique and work within biosafety cabinets (BSCs) during laboratory operations
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate analytical laboratory instruments
• Document laboratory activities and analyze data in compliance with cGMP documentation practices
• Assist with troubleshooting, investigations, and method transfers to support manufacturing and QC processes
• Author and review SOPs, protocols, and technical reports

Qualifications for the QC Specialist – Analytical:

• 4+ years of experience working in a cGMP or regulated laboratory environment
• Hands-on experience with cell-based assays, flow cytometry, and PCR (including instrumentation and troubleshooting)
• Strong understanding of aseptic technique and cell culture practices
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or related scientific field

Compensation for the QC Specialist – Analytical:

• Pay Rate: $40–$47/hr
