ServiceNow Project Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead enterprise ServiceNow initiatives within a regulated industry environment. The ServiceNow Project Manager role focuses on delivering high‑impact ServiceNow projects while partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. The ServiceNow Project Manager will be a 6 month contract to hire opportunity and allows you to work remotely.

Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Project Manager:

• Manage end‑to‑end ServiceNow projects including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather and manage requirements.
• Oversee implementations and enhancements across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables while providing clear status updates.

Requirements of the ServiceNow Project Manager:

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• 3+ years of experience managing ServiceNow platform projects.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation for the ServiceNow Project Manager:

• $90,000-$145,000 base
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
