Business Process Lead

Piper Companies is seeking Business Process Lead to support a large-scale ERP transformation within a manufacturing environment. The Business Process Lead will drive end-to-end process design, stakeholder alignment, and implementation efforts for customer-to-cash workflows, ensuring alignment with global ERP standards while meeting local business needs. The Business Process Lead is a remote role that will collaborate closely with system integrators and cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable, business-ready solution.

Responsibilities for the Business Process Lead:

• Own the end-to-end design of the customer-to-cash process, ensuring alignment with global ERP templates and local regulatory, finance, and operational requirements

• Lead and facilitate design workshops, gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for system integrators

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and implementation partners, ensuring alignment on to-be processes and gaining stakeholder buy-in

• Perform fit/gap analysis, document solution options, and guide decision-making across pricing, sales, and financial process areas

• Support testing efforts including business validation scenarios to ensure the ERP solution is fully aligned with operational needs, if you want to directly shape how a global ERP system impacts revenue flow and pricing strategy, this is the right job for you

Qualifications for the Business Process Lead include:

• 10+ years of progressive experience with 5+ years focused on business process transformation and ERP implementation

• Strong experience with customer-to-cash (C2C) processes and pricing strategy

• Proven business partner management experience across cross-functional teams

• Experience working with system integrators and participating in ERP design and deployment initiatives

• Strong understanding of business validation testing and functional design documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Compensation for the Business Process Lead includes:

• Salary range: $145,000-$170,000 annually, based on experience
