Project Management Office (PMO) Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join a leading manufacturer within the pharmaceutical and healthcare products industry for a permanent onsite position located in Wilson, NC. The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager will oversee project governance, portfolio management, and resource planning initiatives that support strategic business objectives across the organization.

Responsibilities of the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager include:

· Develop and maintain PMO governance standards, tools, and reporting processes.

· Oversee project portfolios and prioritize initiatives based on business objectives.

· Monitor project performance, budgets, and resource allocation activities.

· Partner with functional leaders to drive project execution and operational alignment.

· Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications for the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager include:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience leading PMO functions within manufacturing or industrial organizations.

· Strong knowledge of portfolio management and project governance processes.

· Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

· PMP certification or advanced project management credentials preferred.

Compensation for the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager:

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000/year (USD)
